My Motorcycles

Check out VFRWorld.com and learn more about Honda VFR motorcycles!!

Here is the 93 VFR 750 I purchased. It is the 2nd or 3rd generation of the Honda Interceptor. So far, my opinion of this bike is very high. It pulls strong, rides well (maybe a little stiff for me. I'll have to see how to soften the suspension a little), and is a joy to ride. I do feel that it is geared "to the moon" since at speeds below 40 mph 5th and 6th gear are to tall and the engine lugs around. The engine is the well versed Honda V-4 with a 6-speed tranny. At this time, the bike is all stock. I just aquired a seat cowl to cover the back of the seat where a passenger would sit. It neesds a little work and some paint before I install it.

I relocated the turn signals so that they are on either side of the brake light. This is an OEM location. The turn stalks were put on by Honda to meet DOT regulations for 1993. On May 31 I trimmed the rear fender down to gove the bike a more clean look. With the relocation of the turn signals and teh fender trimmed, it gives the bike a more clean and sporty look.

This is the 1986 Yamaha Radian YX600 I used to own. I sold it on June 11, 2006 as the VFR was a replacement for this bike.

As you can see by these two pictures above, there is some paint fade after 20 years on the fenders and the chrome has dulled some on the side covers.
